wodtodepthascii transforms native World Ocean Database (WOD) ASCII format into a comma-delimited value (csv) form. 
Each line contains country code, WOD cruise identifier, Latitude, Longitude, Year, month, day, time, and WOD unique cast number.  
Each line will then contain a depth (m) and at least one oceanographic variable at that depth.  
The user will be prompted if they want the shallowest depth, deepest depth, a depth interval, or all depths.   
The user will also be prompted if they want a single oceanographic variable (and which one) or all oceanographic variables.  
If there is one oceanographic variable, it will be in the column right after depth. If all oceanographic variables is chosen, 
the variable will be shown in the column corresponding to its WOD variable identifier, starting after the depth column 
(1 for temperature, 2 for salinity, etc.). All casts will be represented based on the users input.  

Example: Cruise SE-1228, cast 7152889 all depths, all variables.
