Supplemental Information
This study, also, collected water samples and took video transects using a structured light system. Neither are included in this data set.
Purpose General scientific contribution of the cruise: The results of this cruise will significantly increase our understanding of the importance of diagenetic processing in suspended particle layers, and how such processing affects the biogeochemical cycles of the upper ocean.
