Dataset Overview | National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI)

Quantitative biomass and time required to remove Gracilaria Salicornia and Kappaphycus from 1-meter-squared plots in Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii in Spring 2002 (NCEI Accession 0001011)

browse graphicGraphic not available.
A group of volunteers led by marine biologists participated in the removal of Gracilaria salicornia and Kappaphycus, invasive macroalgae species, from select reefs during Spring 2002 in Kanohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii. Data include the weight of the biomas per meter-squared and the number of minutes necessary to clear each meter-squared area.
