abstract: The data holdings at the WOCE Hydrographic Program Office (WHPO) at the UCSD Scripps Institution of Oceanography have grown considerably following writing the master for the WHP CD-ROM Version 1.0 in March 1998. Although the WHP web site contains all new data acquisitions and updates, in order to better reach data users who do not have access to high-capacity internet service, the WHP Office has published an interim Version 1.5 CD-ROM containing the WHP data and information at the WHP Office as of 18 August 1999. Table 1 lists all receipts and updates after the write date of the Version 1 WHP CD-ROM. All listed updates are on the Version 1.5 CD-ROM. This CD-ROM can be referenced as follows: Diggs, S., J.
